Law firms across the country are making the switch to Bill4Time, a Web-based billing application that works on PCs and Macs. You can even enter time and expense entries from your BlackBerry, Treo, Smartphone, or Pocket PC all in "real-time".

One compliment we often receive from customers is that we add more new features every month than most traditional software companies add in a year. WHAT HAVE WE ADDED LATELY? LET'S TAKE A LOOK ..

Our latest set of features share a common theme — they're all timesavers:

• One Click Time Entries: With one click, you can convert a scheduled item on your calendar such as a meeting into a time entry.

• One Click Bills: One click can also transform a pre-bill into an invoice.

• Autotext Entry: When creating a time entry, you can use a shortcut to trigger user-defined text entries. For example, you can type "ap" and have it expand to "appointment."

• Automatic Expense Calculator: You can set up default expense values and then simply enter the quantity when you need to enter expenses. You can override the default cost if necessary. For example, you might enter $12 as the default for FedEx packages. Then you and your colleagues would simply enter the number of packages you send.

• Payment Terms: You can now list payment terms on your bills, which should result in timelier payments.

• Flexible Bills: You can now output bills in PDF format straight from Bill4Time (Acrobat not needed). You can also email bills directly from Bill4Time.

So how do we come up with all these great ideas? Actually, we don't! Our customers do!
