Trust Accounting and Improved QuickBooks Integration Comes to Bill4Time; iPhone App En Route

Contact: Douglas Dweck, Bill4Time
(877) Bill4Time (877-245-5484) | sales@bill4time.com | www.bill4time.com

Billing expert Caren Schwartz recently reviewed Bill4Time for TechnoLawyer, concluding: "If you are looking for a simple billing and calendaring solution and want the benefits of an online system, Bill4Time is a good solution."

However, Caren also wrote: "The most important item I would like to see in later versions of Bill4Time would be the ability to track Client Trust accounts."

When someone of Caren's experience and stature talks we listen — especially since many of our customers have made the same request.

BILL4TIME NOW INCLUDES TRUST ACCOUNTING ..

Because Bill4Time is a Web application, we can add features without inconveniencing customers with patches or upgrades. Instead, the next time they login the feature simply exists right in their Web browser.

Such is the case with Bill4Time's trust accounting.

You can set up a trust account for a client and also for specific matters, and transfer funds among those accounts.

When you have earned fees, you can pay yourself from a trust account.

As you would expect, for compliance purposes Bill4Time will not allow you to overdraw a trust account. And you can generate statements for yourself and your clients.

It all works within your Web browser on Mac or PC, and in your mobile Web browser on BlackBerry, Palm, Smartphone, and Pocket PC. Plus Bill4Time's iPhone app is coming soon.

QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION ENHANCED ...

Caren also cited Bill4Time's inability to export payments into QuickBooks. And again we listened.

Law firms prefer recording payments in Bill4Time so that bills will show any remaining balance. Now you can do that and then export those payments into QuickBooks. As always, you can export invoices into QuickBooks and apply payments there if you prefer.

TRY BILL4TIME AT NO CHARGE FOR 30 DAYS ..

Why not try these and other features for yourself? After all, there's no messy software to install. Just open your Web browser and start poking around. Try Bill4Time now free of charge for 30 days.

Sincerely,

Douglas Dweck
