Bill4Time's architecture is a hosted system. Therefore,
all application code and data resides at our datacenters,

We can usually import lists of Clients & Users
as well as carry-over balances. Contact us for

All Blackberry & Palm-OS devices are supported.
Windows Mobile support is supported for
Smartphones, and Pocket PC's. iPhone/iPod touch

Your first 30-days are a no-risk free trial. After
that it’s just a monthly per-user license
fee. Bill4Time Mobile, which is an add on option
for Bill4Time, is free. Tech support is and will always be free.

Is the free trial a fully
functional product? (Back to Top)
Yes, your free trial will include unlimited use
of the fully functional version of Bill4Time.
You can add as many users, clients, projects and
time entries as you wish. Should you
decide to "activate" your account when your free
trial expires, all of your data entries will
remain. There is no need to re-enter any
data.

Yes. You may use any of the following
devices at no extra charge: iPhone/iPod Touch,
BlackBerry, Palm PDA, Pocket PC, Smartphone.

No, your data will stay intact. After the 30 day
free trial expires you will need to have an active
credit card on file in order to continue to use Bill4Time.

No! We believe in keeping customers only through
a great product and even better support. You are
free to cancel your service at any time with no
cancellation penalties.

What versions of QuickBooks do you integrate

We integrate with the PC version of QuickBooks.
We do not integrate with QuickBooks online or
QuickBooks for MAC.
