When and how will I be charged for service?

You will be charged once a month, every 30 days from the day your trial expired. If you entered your payment information before your 30 day free trial was up, don't worry, you will still have the full 30 days of free service. The charge will be made to the credit card number on file.

To access your billing information:

  1. Click on the Settings link in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the Your Account Info tab.

Note: Only system administrators can view or edit billing settings.

Here you can view your current billing information, billing history, Bill4Time version, and a button to update your credit card information.
