How do I check for older headers after changing the default?

All invoices are defaulted to have the header and footer as set in the Settings. After changing the default header and footer, you can check if it changed the client's invoice preset by doing the following:

  1. Click on the Clients tab.
  2. Click on the desired client. If you do not see the client, you can search for them by name or id number.
  3. Click on the Invoice Presets tab.
  4. If next to Invoice/Statement Header Text: you see (using firm default) then the header was automatically changed.
  5. If you wanted the header or footer to be different from the default, press the Edit Presets button, change the header and/or footer, and press the Save button.
