How do I invoice a client?
- From the Dashboard, select the Invoicing tab.
- Then click Create Invoice.
- Select the clients and projects that you want to include in the batch.
- Enter in a batch description.
- Click Save.
- You will now see a list of invoices that were just created. Click on any of the invoices to see the time and expense entries that are included.
- When you are satisfied with the invoice, click the Finalize button.
- Once an invoice is Finalized, it is ready for printing or emailing.
If you would like to change the settings in your invoices, click on the Settings link at the bottom of the screen and then click on the Invoice Setup tab and click Edit Settings. Also, from the Company Logo tab you can specify a logo to add to your invoices.
Note that any changes to the invoice settings will not affect any finalized invoices.
