How do I see unbilled activity?
To see the amount that hasn't yet been charged to a client:
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Click on the Account Activity report.
- Make sure Unbilled Activity is checked.
- Choose the desired time frame and clients
- Click the Show Report button.
To see unbilled activity in an invoice:
- Click on the Invoicing tab
- Click on the desired invoice or invoice batch. If you don't see it, click the Find Invoice button and search but invoice number or client.
- Look under the Invoice Summary tab to find any unbilled activity.
