How do I see unbilled activity?

To see the amount that hasn't yet been charged to a client:

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Click on the Account Activity report.
  3. Make sure Unbilled Activity is checked.
  4. Choose the desired time frame and clients
  5. Click the Show Report button.

To see unbilled activity in an invoice:

  1. Click on the Invoicing tab
  2. Click on the desired invoice or invoice batch. If you don't see it, click the Find Invoice button and search but invoice number or client.
  3. Look under the Invoice Summary tab to find any unbilled activity.
