Bill4Time Mobile for iPhone/iPod Touch


Supported Devices: iPhone/iPod Touch with OS 2.0 or higher

Step 1: Operating System Check
Ensure that your device is running OS 2.0 or higher by going to Settings > General > About, make sure the version # says "2.0" or higher. If your device is running a lower version, connect your device to your computer, open iTunes, select your device in the left panel and click on "check for update".  Apple will charge $10 to upgrade older versions of iPod Touches.  All iPhones receive free upgrades.

Step 2: Install the Application
There are 2 ways to install the Bill4Time Mobile application onto your device:

Option 1 - From your computer
If you are viewing this page from your computer, then you can click here to go to the iTunes store and download the application into iTunes.  Once the application is downloaded into iTunes, connect your device to your computer and drag the Bill4Time Mobile application onto your device.

Option 2 - From your device
If you are viewing this page from your device, you may click here to go directly to the application.

Alternatively, you may click on the App Store icon on your device.  Then click the "search" icon and search for "bill4time mobile".  Choose Bill4Time Mobile from the results and then click on the Bill4Time Mobile icon

You will then see information about our iPhone/iPod Touch Mobile application.  Click on "FREE" and then "INSTALL".  You will be prompted to enter in your iTunes Password to install the application.

After the application is installed, click on the Bill4Time Mobile icon to start the application.  The first time that the program is run, you will need to enter in your Bill4Time login credentials - Firm ID, User Name, and Password. They can be changed if needed from within your device settings.

Bill4Time Mobile for Blackberry v1.7


Supported Devices: 8100 (Pearl), 8700, 8800, 8300 (Curve)
Requires Blackberry OS 4.2 or higher

Login: If you are viewing this page from your computer, then from your Blackberry's web browser go to http://www.bill4time.com/mobile. Proceed with the installation from there.

Step 1: Operating System Check
Ensure that your device is running OS 4.2 or higher by going to Options--About, make sure it says "v4.2" or higher. If your device is running older software, visit www.blackberry.com for information on obtaining newer software.

Step 2: Are you using a Blackberry Server?
We need to determine if your Blackberry is connected to a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) or not. If you are not sure then ask your network administrator.

If you are using Blackberry Enterprise Server, go to Step 3.

If you are not using Blackberry Enterprise Server, click here for configuration instructions first, then go to the download.

Step 3: Download and Install Bill4Time Mobile
From your blackberry's web browser go to http://bill4time.com/bb/ota/Bill4Time.jad
, or e-mail yourself the link and go to it on your BB from the e-mail.

From there, you will be prompted to download and install the application.

 


Bill4Time Mobile for Pocket PC


Supported Devices: All Pocket PC devices running windows mobile 5.0 or higher
(See new section for smartphone support)

Login: If you are viewing this page from your computer, then from your Pocket PC's web browser go to http://www.bill4time.com/mobile. Proceed with the installation from there.

Step 1: Operating System Check
Ensure that your device is running Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher. www.microsoft.com for information on obtaining newer software.

Step 2: Download and Install Bill4Time Mobile
From your Pocket PC's web browser go to http://www.bill4time.com/mobile/B4TPPC.cab
, or e-mail yourself the link and go to it on your Pocket PC from the e-mail.

From there, you will be prompted to download and install the application.

 


Bill4Time Mobile for SmartPhones


Supported Devices: All SmartPhone devices running windows mobile 5.0 or higher

Login: If you are viewing this page from your computer, then from your SmartPhone's web browser go to http://www.bill4time.com/mobile. Proceed with the installation from there.

Step 1: Operating System Check
Ensure that your device is running Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher. www.microsoft.com for information on obtaining newer software.

Step 2: Download and Install Bill4Time Mobile
From your SmartPhone's web browser go to http://www.bill4time.com/mobile/B4TSmartPhone.cab
, or e-mail yourself the link and go to it on your SmartPhone from the e-mail.

From there, you will be prompted to download and install the application.

 


Bill4Time Mobile for Treo & Palm OS

 
Supports the Treo 600, 650, 700p (not the "w" models)

New Users: Install Java VM
BillForTime Mobile requires the IBM Java back-end software to operate properly. If this if your first time installing BillForTime Mobile on your PDA, you need to first install the Java software which you can download by clicking here.

Install BillForTime Mobile
Once you have downloaded Java and installed it to your device via Hotsync, download Bill4Time Mobile for Palm, and install this application using Hotsync Manager.

Note: You do not need to reinstall the Java software for Bill4Time Mobile upgrades.
