Bill your clients in Bill4Time while updating your accounting in Quickbooks.
Do you already use Intuit's Quickbooks for your accounting needs? You don't have to stop using it while using Bill4Time. With the Quickbooks integration, you can still track your time, make invoices, send out LEDES compliant invoices, and bill clients in Bill4Time while making sure that your Quickbooks records are up-to-date. With this integration, you can transfer the following items from Bill4Time to Quickbooks:
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Type
- Service Total & Tax
- Check Number
- Transaction ID
- Transaction Note
- Expense Total & Tax
- Payment Method
- Transaction Amount
- Internal Transaction ID
- Discount Applied
This free integration feature can be used by all of your users, and it's compatible with Quickbooks Pro and Premier that are the 2004 Edition or higher. Please note that Quickbooks Online is not currently supported, but is in development.
