Release Notes – January 2020

January 10, 2020 By Jeff Robertson

Welcome to Bill4Time’s first release of 2020! We start off the year with several new improvements we want to highlight that enable your firm to get the most from your preferred time and billing solution.

Here's what's new:

iOS App Updates

Hot on the heels of releasing the new iOS app, we’ve added in additional functionality.

First, auto-text type support has been added to time and expense entry screens. With this addition, you’ll be able to use abbreviations and your hot keys in the iOS app.

Second, we’ve added the ability for external applications to use and send PDF invoices using the native iOS share function – as shown in the image. These two new features as well as general bug fixes are available in v3.0.5 of the app. Download the iOS app
here.

iPhone Update Share

Video Library

We’ve made updates to our Video Library that help you get started or get the most out of the software. Over the last two months, we’ve added or updated several videos (34 to be exact!). Check them out here.

Client Portal

What you don’t see yet is some of the backend work we have been doing to update the infrastructure that runs the Client Portal. We’re working on changes that will eliminate sync issues and give you and your clients a more simplified user experience. We’ll definitely update you when the release goes out in the next several weeks
