Duties: Oversee all aspects of business operations, including sales, marketing, customer success, mechanics and metrics, technology, product development, accounting, and engineering. Lead, plan, analyze, implement business development and expansion plan strategies and provide recommendations for the improvement of the company’s investment strategies, market penetration, sales methodologies and sales development. Ensure that measures of revenues before interest tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) fall within the interest of the company. Determine and develop strategy for company growth based on Alpine strategy framework. Participate in due diligence of potential acquisitions including budget development, team assessment, product growth analysis, and economic analysis. Develop and manage company budget and ensure the budget is consistent with target revenue and profit. Evaluate and approve marketing programs, press releases, and mass customer communications. Develop new products for sale to our market. Research potential expansion markets for future growth. Develop people internally. Manage all recruitment within the organization. Develop sales and marketing strategy for the business. Supervise six subordinate managers/executives including one chief technology officer, one director of engineering, one director of customer success, one webmaster and two sales representatives. Perform all other CEO duties. Periodic domestic travel is required.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field, plus Four (4) years of executive level sales or marketing experience, including directing and leading product development, product research, marketing development, and market research and analysis for online and mobile B2B, and SaaS products; developing products and go to market strategies for products in international markets; overseeing, planning and implementing software development and new software product expansion; developing and launching new software products; leading and developing marketing strategy and implementation for business to business (B2B), and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications; managing a recurring revenue customer base and developing strategies for customer engagement and churn reduction; achieving revenue and EBITDA growth through new business development including customer growth and increasing ACV (average customer value); implementing and developing a business intelligence solution using Tableau analytics, Google Analytics and Excel pivot tables; growing user acquisition through the use of Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing techniques using Google Adwords and social media advertising; overseeing the Search engine optimization project including increasing page ranks on core website links and landing pages; reviewing and determining product marketing and sales strategies; and managing profit and cost analysis, and preparation of financial forecasts and budget plan for board presentations.
