Refund Policy


14-day free trial.

Bill4Time products offer a free 14-day trial for all plans (Time & Billing, Legal Pro, and Enterprise). Credit card information is not required during the 14-day trial, so if a credit card is not entered, the trial will expire after the 14 day period has elapsed. If you activate the account by entering a credit card in the system during your trial and then cancel your paid account before your 14-day trial is up, you will not be charged.


Disabling users in your account.

If you disable a user in your account you will not be charged for them again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you disabled a user on the 24th, you are responsible for the charges on your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.


Canceling your Monthly Bill4Time account.

Once you cancel you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you are responsible for the charges on your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.


Cancelling your Annual Bill4Time account.

Once you cancel you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the annual account. For example, if your renewal date is November 12th of each year, and you cancel on September 24th, you are responsible for the charged on your annual account and are not eligible for a refund. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.


Switching from Annual to Monthly

If you are currently on an Annual account and you would like to move back to Monthly, please contact the Bill4Time Customer Success team at 877-245-5484 or email Support@Bill4Time.com with a request to update your subscription plan.


How do I cancel my account?

In order to complete the cancellation of your Bill4Time subscription, please contact the Bill4Time Customer Success team at 877-245-5484 or email Support@Bill4Time.com for instructions on canceling your account.
