New Features: New Accounting Reports and a Project Management Widget

October 15, 2010 By Bill4Time Staff Leave a Comment

Projects Due Dashboard Widget
There is now a second Projects Due widget for your dashboard. It includes the project status and user assigned. At a single glance, you can see all of your pending projects. This dashboard widget will help you in prioritizing your time.

Click on the gear icon on the dashboard and scroll down to find a pull down menu on the left column. Choose “Projects Due (ver 2)” and click Add. This widget is movable. Make sure that Project Due Dates are enabled in the Settings if you don’t see the Project Due date field in the project details.

New Accounting Reports
WIP Summaries, Invoice A/R Aging, & Invoice Write Up/Down reports are now available for accounting firms. If your industry is not listed as “Accounting,” you can still access these reports.

Additional User Expense Report
Often there is a lag between the time the expense was incurred and the time it was recorded in Bill4Time. There are now two expense reports that will cater to both times: one reports on the recorded time and the other one reports the creation time.
